How to Edit a PDF File

Our tool lets you easily edit PDF text. When you upload the file, our system breaks it down into text fields. To edit, choose the Edit text option, select the field, and start typing. You can also delete unwanted text parts or change the placement of fields in the document.

You can also add new text fields using the Add text tool. Create a new field and locate it wherever you wish. Then adjust the font and size settings for your text and type or paste it. 

Redact PDF

Another feature our service offers lets you redact PDF online. Using this feature, you can easily clean up your files and remove any sensitive data from them. All you need to do is select one or more areas for redaction and apply changes.

Remove Unnecessary Pages

Our PDF page eraser shows you a breakdown of all the pages in your document. You can select one or several pages and remove them.

Remove Text From Image

If you need to remove text from image, our eraser feature also has you covered. To use it, you need to upload or drag & drop the image into our tool and pick up to 3 languages used in it. After the image processing, our tool will identify text fields in it. Then, you can remove unnecessary fields through the Edit text tool.

Copy Text From PDF Document

Sometimes, you might need to copy the text from your PDF documents to save it elsewhere. In our editor, you can do this as well. Drag your cursor over the needed part of the text to highlight it and copy using the relevant command. This way, you can copy the text from separate fields in your PDFs or entire pages.

Crop PDF Document

The Crop PDF feature lets you adjust the dimensions of your file. Click on the Crop option in the tool’s menu and select the area you want to keep. Customize the selected area to get the needed size. You can apply the same cropping area to one or all pages.

Cut PDF

The Split PDF feature lets you change the order of pages or delete those you don't need. You can also merge multiple documents into a single file. And, of course, you can easily edit your split or merged documents, sign them, and perform other tasks in one place.
